Our mission at Lutheran Day is to nurture a joyful and collaborative learning environment where trustworthiness is the foundation. We partner with parents to celebrate and develop each child's uniqueness and provide faith-based education that inspires our children to grow in faith, confidence, and resilience which creates a long life full of success.
Who We Are
Since 1911, Lutheran Day has been serving families in the Humboldt Park/Logan Square area. In a full-day PreK-2 through PreK-4 program, our students engage in age-appropriate and enriching activities in an intimate classroom setting. Our focus on learning through play in a nurturing community prepares students for Kindergarten and beyond.

My two boys are thriving at Lutheran Day. The hands-on attention they receive is apparent from the stories they excitedly share when I pick them up. They are learning academically and socially each day. I cannot imagine a better fit for my boys.
